Calendars.com Complaint - False delivery statements/bad customer service

ARIZONA -- I ordered a calendar from Calendars.com as a Christmas gift. The website and phone recordings said they could not guarantee Christmas delivery if order was placed after 12/10. I ordered on 12-4 and was given a USPS tracking #. It was delivered on 12-29. During the wait, I sent an email to customer service. Their reply was that my problem seemed to be resolved. When called customer service they said even though the tracking # shows the package had not been sent out it really was enroute. It was sent to me 12-27. A different customer service rep said they are not responsible for the delivery system and a another one denied the statement ever appeared about the time to place orders in time for xmas delivery. Not one representative was honest with me and were rude to boot.
