Express Sofa Informative - Customer Service
PLANO, TEXAS -- I found the furniture line in Express Sofa very tempting. I brought their fabric samples home to decide if I liked the colors and fabrics.
In the meantime, I searched the web for Reviews.
Oh MY! There are plenty and not very complimentary. I became wary and decided to invest my $2,000 elsewhere.
When returning the fabric samples to the store, the lady assisting me was not the original sales person and she bordered on rude. I was informed that the copy of the document with my credit card information was NOT on file in their office but rather maintained by the individual sales person. Thus, the paper with my card number is still floating around because this was the sales person's day off. The woman assisting me was rather indignant that I would want the paper back OR a receipt for returning the $25 worth of little fabric samples.
I can only imagine what it would have been like if I'd had a problem with the furniture!
