Informative - Correctionalbillingservices are unprofetional

Review by madwife on 2007-01-06
TOLEDO, OHIO -- I recently changed my phone number and had existing funds on my old number. On top of having to wait days to get my new number cleared,I had to pay off a bill that was owed on my new number. That bill did not belong to me, why did I get held responcible for someone else's bill? That is not profecional!!!!!! On top of all of this, I was left on hold for over an hour, the people I did get through to would not let me talk to a superviser. How lazy are the supervisers at this company? I am very dissatisfied with correctional billing services, and the lazy staff that works there.

There is a lot you are not telling us. First, why would you pay a bill that is not yours? Second, why didn't you just request a new number that did not have an existing bill? Did they confiscate your "existing funds"?
