Super America Gas Station Complaint - Inconsiderate policies

Review by firewood on 2007-01-07
ST. LOUIS PARK, MINNESOTA -- While stopping at an SA station the other day to fill up I pulled up at a prepay pump. The attendent inside rudely informed me that it was a prepay pump. So I replaced the nozzle and backed up to the other pump, put the nozzle in my tank only to be told by the same rude ass attendent that he couldn't see my van because there was a truck on the other side of the island.

So as I was replacing the nozzle said attendent came out and I said to him forget it I'll go somewhere else. He shrugged his shoulders as if to say I don't care.

So as far as I'm concerned SA can BITE ME

I don't understand why the attendant had to visibly "see" your van in the first place? Was it to activate the pump? If so, that is a weird policy...

I've been to GS like that and I think it is the attendant not the station who does that kind of stuff. Maybe the attendant is just having a bad hair day?

Your complaint is that teh attendant was rude to you then you turn around and are rude when writing your letter. "Rude ass" and "bite me" will not get your letter taken seriously by anyone at that business.

Super America's by where I live too have rude employee's. I think they have to pay for the drive offs if they have any, that could be why the prepay and why they want to see your vehicle.
