Cell Phones - All Informative - Ringtone Downloads to Cell Phones

Review by kathleen857 on 2007-01-07
HOLLYWOOD, FLORIDA -- General gripe. Provide a preview area of cell phones so consumers can hear the tune before they purchase it. I recently tried to download "It's Five O'Clock Somewhere" by Alan Jackson to my cell phone and the song cuts off just before he sings "It's Five O'Clock Somewhere".

If we knew how many minutes are allotted for ringtones and how many minutes the main part of the song plays for that would be very helpful too. If I had been able to hear how the ringtone was going to sound before purchase, I could have made another selection. My solution was to complain to the cell phone carrier & I received a credit for the three times I tried to download the same song.

kathleen857; good review and your solution sceem to come out OK. I agree they should let you sample the songs before you buy. Who was the cell phone carrier?
