Everydayfurnishings.com Complaint - Our Order was written 30 days after we order on the internet and we didn't get it when day promised
We order a Pulaski Corner Curio on 11/5/05 on the internet from Everydayfurnishings.com . They told us that it was going to be ship in two weeks after 11/5/05. When the 2 weeks passed I call to find out what was the problem and they told me that the order hadn't been written yet, but that the we take care of it so I could get the piece of furniture for Christmas. On December 22 I called again and the answer was that they haven't written the order yet. We were very upset and disapointed with "_Everyday Furniture" and afraid that we have lost our money since the price had been charge to American Express on November 5, 2005, the day we ordered it. They asked us if we wanted to cancelled the order or if we wanted to order it. I checked with American Express to find out how long would it take to get our money; and they explain that they have to run an investigation and that it would take few month. We decided to go ahead and order the curio furniture since they already have our money. To this date 1/7/06 we haven't gotten it.
