Zappos Compliment - Now this is how Customer Service should Be!
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA -- Fabulous. Shocked that a company still has this great service. I ordered some shoes for the first time before Christmas and the overnight package was delayed due to UPS not Zappos. Zappos called me, did everything they could to fix the situation, finally sent me another pair of the same shoes overnight at no extra charge and gave me a credit to use on the next pair. The orignial pair finally arrived and Zappos sent a pre-paid return lable to send back.
I am so impressed with the company, the people actually seem to care about the customer and they do whatever they can to make the experience a good one, even if it didn't start out that way.
You can't go wrong ordering shoes from Zappos.com. I highly recommend them as one of the last high quality customer service companies in America.
