Lenovo Complaint - Bad system
I recently purchased a fully loaded Lenovo X series notebook. It was just what I had been looking for. When the system arrived, we turned it on and started setting the system up for company use - it is a business class notebook. However, when we put the Juniper netscreen remote program on it, it went to a blue screen which reported a problem with the hard drive. We called Lenovo support who walked us through system diagnostics which relvealed a problem with the hard drive. Lenovo sent a shipp[ing label and we returned it to them. In the meantime, I called their sales support staff and told them what had happened and asked that they replace hte system with a completely brand new one. They refused and returned the original to us "fixed". Once again, the same thing happened and we returned it again and then again. On the third time, we asked for our money back. They agreed, but have lost a customer and I do not mind sharing this story with anyone who asks. I am very unhappy with the way Lenovo handled this problem.
