Ultimate Shopping Network Complaint - Paid for items...Not delivered!!! Excuses...Excuses!!!
ARIZONA -- I ordered 2 items (2 separate orders) on 12/2 and 12/3/06. The items totalled $1400, which were paid for at the time of purchase. I did receive one item, but only after calling and calling. The item arrived on 12/23/06...it had been sent express the day before.
As for the second item, I am still waiting. I have called, called, and called! The customer service representatives all have heavy Eastern Indian accents, which leads me to believe they are in India. The representatives are impatient, rude, and do not offer any help or definitive answers to my questions. As someone wrote in another review, it is as if they are reading from a script. They keep telling me the item 'will ship out in 3-5 business days' but after waiting, and waiting, still no shipment. I called again yesterday, and I was told the same thing again...#-5 business days. I ordered this item 5 weeks ago!!!
I wrote an email to the corporate office in California, and I havent gotten any response. The corporate website has an phone number, it it is worthless as well. If you press '0' for an operator, a man's voice comes on an tells you to leave a message. Incredible. I dont know how they stay in business with their awful tactics. I can assure you that I will NEVER shop this company again, and I have told everyone I know to watch out for them.
I shop from several online and TV jewelry companies. This is the first time I have every experienced this level of incompotency, and frankly, it seems that Ultimate Shopping Network (USN) just doesnt care. They take your money and good luck getting anything else. Unbelieveable!!! You'd be a fool to shop this company. You have been warned.
