Microsoft Network (MSN) Complaint - No Service
I made a purchase at Best Buy and recieved $414.86 from MSN toward that purchase. In return I agreed to use MSN Internet service for 3 years. I was never able to connect to the network in over one year of trying. Dispite several calls to Tech Support, nothing was ever resolved. I canceled the service when it became apparent to me that MSN had no intent of either resolving the issue or providing me the service you had areeed to.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
I will agree to repay the $414.86 if you will refund me the money I paid for non-service. I am asking that someone who has the authority to make this agreement contact me.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
