TV Market Place Complaint - Customer Service - Tablemates

BROOKFIELD, WISCONSIN -- I placed my order o 1-10-07 for three tablemates total price 71.80 they say items were instock and would likely ship that day.They have not shipped yet 1-17-07. I have tried numerous ways to contact them but got zero response.Could not reach them via telephone and no answers to numerous emails I sent. This is the biggest problem I have ever had with any internet retail site and will never use it again. I can't even cancel my order because you can't get contact with anyone.Buyer Beware !

A common problem with these smaller internet shops is they don't want to lose your order so they always say everything is "in stock". Then once they have your money, you find out through the waiting process that they don't have it yet. I am guessing you'll get it, but it will just take some time. Be persistent with the emails/phone calls. That is all you can do.

I'm having the same problem with them. Change your shipping address to cancel order. They have to see it.
