These products themselves are a rip off.

I only found one diet pill that actually works, Hydroxycut. As long as you exercise and eat right they will work, also you have to take them as directed. Don't expect results quickly, they are not a miracle pill, but within six months to a year they had me looking alot better and was starting to show a lot of muscle, until I found out I was pregnant. I'm starting all over again now and will let you know how they work, if you want. I have already lost 12 pounds and can see the muscles in my belly again.

Are you sure that the exercising and eating right didn't have more to do with your weight loss than the pills themselves?

rnick821 is right! As long as you eat right and exercise, the weight will come off. The only weight you lose with diet pills is it makes your wallet lighter!

Well, my suggestion is eating right. I love to eat, sometimes to much. I don't eat diet food or drink diet drinks, and I don't visit fast food joints very often. I love fried pork chops, and chicken and deep fried french fries. I sometimes only get 1000 calories a day, if that. I have been told that I need to eat more. So, my eating habits are not good, some would say bad.

I don't know if the pills were doing any good but I was getting where I wanted to be quick. I had worked for a year without taking them and I hadn't gotten to far, but when I started taking them, it only took me about 3-6 months to get where I wanted to be. Maybe my working out was the key, I don't know.
