Next time make a Word document, then cut & paste. I've learned that one the hard way...

Sorry for the trouble! Do you mind if we ask what web browser you were using? We'll check out the "Find Email" functionality to see if there is any problem. We appreciate being notified and will hopefully find and fix the root of the problem. Thanks.

I know this stinks, but it happens on many different websites. I agree with heaven17, if I'm writing a long document, I cut & paste it.

Or quit crying about a free service.

I find if you hit back it still has the text in tact. Then highlight and copy it so you can paste it back just in case. I guess it's a little late now though.

I agree with SLIM ... I've used that method before, works pretty good.

I am impressed. The administrators actually read this stuff.

to the other responders of my blog....thank you...yes, typically i do....PRIOR to hitting send....but, not when entering additional info, ie "is the email address of recipient listed below"....but, thank you....i have "learned" another timely lesson....fyi...i edit while i write (thesaurus, etc), thus...when it's just..."GONE"...it can take my breath away..."NOOOOOO"...and yes, i hit back, refresh, etc ..better luck to y'all...anyway....it was about "UNICORN FINANCIAL"....ugh, spew, heave....bad people...i sense an upcoming class action lawsuit....hmmm

I own 6 stores in Canada and Run a respected business, I have tried 2 times to make contact with my 3 cents in regards to how they do business and how the businesses they are now asking to pay a fee for service might want something similar to a BBB site rather that a tabloid site. To date no response from My 3 cents. Businesses responses should be given equal weight to consumers as to how their responses are presented on the site and on Google. The consumers headline is presented tabloid style, and the business response is behind a click ask and must be looked for. It is not opened and placed on Google. I would like a response to my enquiries.

Owner, you are coming to a successfully run consumer based site who's sole purpose is to allow consumers who have experienced a problem to vent, or to place a kudos compliment when good service is provided. Your request to "change" this site to suit your own needs has probably fallen on deaf ears. Companies and business owners can defend themselves here if they want, but don't expect a full page review to be automatically handed to you. 90 percent of company rebuttals are the typical (yawn) "We strive to".... crap that benefits nobody. Enjoy this site for what it is and we won't come to your stores and suggest you start selling fishheads on a bed of toothpaste.
