Honey Tree Compliment - Execellent - PreSchool

Review by notimeforbs on 2007-01-19
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- After using a home daycare for 3.5 years (I went back to work when my son was 5 months old) I decided to check out Preschools in the area. Anyone who has kids knows how pricey daycare can be. Honey Tree in the Chicago Loop has the best program for the price. After only 3 months, my son can count to 20, knows all his ABC's, Days of the Week, Months of the year, etc. The teachers are very dedicated to the kids. I would recommend this center to everyone (coming from a mom who is very very picky when it comes to her baby).

The teachers tell you how your child did everyday, they give time for teaching and for free-play (those with little boys know what I mean). A schedule is provided on a monthly basis so parents (or parent, like me) can coordiate what is practiced at home to add on to the base given at school.

I am really amazed and thank God that my son is enrolled there.

The Honey Tree is excellent. After looking for daycare for over a year I ran across "The Honey Tree" in an online daycare directory. I was impressed by not only their downtown location but by their hours. They close at 7pm, which is perfect for my schedule. When I went to visit the school I was amazed. I have never seen a cleaner or friendlier daycare. The owner has been in the business for over 15 years and all of her staff is wonderful. The meals are catered, and the day is structured. I love them! Most importantly my children wake up excited to go to school. They are more expensive when compared to other daycares, but you certainly get what you pay for. I am very picky when it comes to my children. My peace of mind is well worth the hefty price tag.
