Biscuitville Complaint - Filthy tables

Review by beanbagbritches on 2007-01-20
HIGH POINT, NORTH CAROLINA -- My husband and I went to Biscuitville in High Point off of Eastchester and Hickswood Roads. We purchased our food and prepared to be seated. Well, we couldn't find a clean table! It was a busy day, and we understood, but where were the clean tables?? We're not talking about a few crumbs here, we're talking about syrup smeared across tables and jelly in the seats!

I moved towards a table and started wiping it down with a napkin. My husband decided to find out if we could use a wet rag or something from behind the counter. He must have found one and decided to wipe the table down. This really was an inconvenience.

Seriously, we know that at times, you get busy. However, is it too much to ask that you wipe down your tables when they are dirty?

If the place was that dirty, why did you stay?

Doesn't sound like the place wants your business.

Thanks for the information and I don't think I will be eating at Biscuitville!

Spiderman, the writer says they got their food and then tried to find a place to sit down...obviously, they did not know the tables were so messy until they had alredy ordered and had food in hand..

Good point Shay. If I had already paid, I would have asked for my money back if there was nowhere clean to sit, because that is just gross.

shayen...that is correct! We didnt look at the tables until it was time to sit. The food was very good, but the dirty tables was a real turn-off. We often drive-thru to get food & it's usually a fast place. Still, we were in the mood to stay & eat. We'd had a rough morning.
