EZ Cruise Parking--Galveston Texas Complaint - Refund of fee - Parking Lot

GALVESTON, TEXAS -- I emailed EZ Cruise Parking in Galveston, Texas and reserved two parking spaces in a secure area for five days. The cruise was scheduled for 11/20-11/25 2006. We paid $70 using an AE credit card on 4/23/06. We later canceled the AE card. I had emergency open heart surgery on 10/27/06 and canceled the cruise.I asked for a refund on 11/02/06 less the $5 processing fee per space which the owner agreed to send a check as she could not credit our card. NO refund yet. I have e-mailed several times, called and left messages, etc., with no results. Can you help?

Sorry to hear about all of your troubles. It is a shame that businesses can get away with taking your money and not even have to respond to your inquiries!
