Sears Complaint - Billing/Order Delivery
SIOUX CITY, IOWA -- December 3rd I ordered a motor for a Sears Humidifier. January 10th I called Sears as I had not heard about the status. I called Sears and they credited my credit card and kept the order open. I had to remind your company that FTC regulations require you to contact me at 30 days if you are unable to ship and to give the option to cancel or keep the order open.
I just received the part on Feb 25th. Sears charged my credit card twice. I have called 7 numbers, I cannot find anyone in the company that can assist getting the charge reversed. On the 7th call I was told I needed to call back during normal business hours.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
1. I want to remove the additional charge.
3. Someone to admit they made a mistake and they are sorry about it
4. Not to charge credit cards until they actually ship the product.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
