Liteon Complaint - Response Time - Support

Liteon, unfortunately, is one of many hardware vendors that have us by the throat. You buy the machine at a store, they have a very large part of the market wrapped up, and then you struggle to get them to respond. Their website has a chat applet that is alway off line. It says to leave a message. No one answers the messages. It's just for show. My RMA disappeard. They have no idea where it is. It took 5 or 6 emails to get a response. You know how I got one? I emailed MARKETING. I hope that the United States will someday take back it's leadership, not just by word, but by deed, so that we can establish successful companies that you can call and that have people who speak English so that they can understand what we are saying.
