I bought a Compaq Presario Laptop about 4/5 years ago for my university going daughter. This laptop had recurring problems of not functioning normally even for a month or so. Moreover, the laptop would suddenly get turned off in the of any work. In the last 4 years we have reported this problem to the Cmpaq’s service department for repairs. So far, we have sent to your service department the same laptop about 4/5 times. Each time we got back the laptop after your repair services, none in my family could work on it without repeated blank screen and other unexplainable troubles. As, I have spent close to $3,275.00 for this laptop, I am totally frustrated with this laptop. Neither my daughter nor I could use this laptop with some minimum level of reliance for our work. By the way, I bought this computer from the Circuit City Sore near Casselton Square Mall at Indianapolis, Indiana.
In the circumstances as above, I hereby request Compaq Computer to kindly give me a replacement laptop that can function normally. I am waiting for your prompt action on this request.
