DENVER, COLORADO -- TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT, I AM GOING TO LIST THE SITUATION AS THEY DEVELOPED
- I PLACED AN ORDER FOR A HOMEDICS MASSAGE CUSHION. IT WAS A CHRISTMAS GIFT.
- THE SYSTEM ACCEPTED MY ORDER AND I RECEIVED AN EMAIL ACKNOWLEDGING THE ORDER
- I RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMING THE ORDER SHIPPED
- THE RECIPIENT NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM. BECAUSE OF THE HEAVY SNOWFALLS OF COLORADO DURING THE HOLIDAYS, WE WAITED WELL INTO THE NEW YEAR TO FOLLOW UP ON THE ITEMS AS MANY ITEMS WERE NOT DELIVERED AND WERE IN LOCKERS ACCORDING TO THE LOCAL NEWS MEDIA
- AFTER NEVER RECEIVING THE ITEM, I FOLLOWED UP WITH THE COMPANY AND WAS NEVER ABLE TO DISCUSS THE SITUATION WITH ANY REPRESENTATIVE THAT WANTED TO ASSIST ME.
- THE REPLY WAS SIMPLY THAT THE ORDER WAS NEVER PROCESSED. THE REPRESENTATIVE COULD NOT EXPLAIN, DID NOT EVEN WANT TO EXPLAIN THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL OF THE ORDER.
- I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER OR TO SOMEONE THAT COULD ADDRESS THE ISSUE, HOWEVER, THE RESPONSE WAS TO SIMPLY REORDER. THERE WAS NO REMORSE OR CONCERN ABOUT THE DELAY IN THE PRODUCT.
- I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY I MUST SPEND MORE TIME HAVING TO REORDER IF THE ORDER HAD ALREADY BEEN ACKNOWLEDGED.
- DO NOT ORDER FROM THE SHARPER IMAGE AS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR IMAGE.
- TO DATE, I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET ANY SATISFACORY RESPONSE.
- I CANCELLED THE ORDER AND REORDERED FROM AMAZON.
