AnnTaylor Stores Corporation Complaint - Poor Quality at Expensive Price - Clothes

I’m disgusted with Ann Taylor's poor quality of clothes and their lack of concern about customer complaints all the way up to Kay Krill the president. Their Client Services are quick and polite and apologize a lot but they’re not empowered to solve any problems. Bottom line: The clothes are beautiful but the quality is horrendous.
Almost all the Ann Taylor clothes I’ve purchased are poorly made.
Here are a few of the major ones:
Hems fallout of pants after 2-3 wears.
Linings rip in suits after a few dry-cleans.
Hole in pant pockets after 1 dry cleaning and returned to store.
Suit wore once and seam split in pants with hole that needs sewn.
Heel fell off shoes 1 week after purchase.
How can Ann Taylor sell such poor quality clothes at such high prices in such premium store locations? Worse...and not care?
