Krug Auto Complaint - Unethical and unprofessional service
BEAVERCREEK, OHIO -- Beware of Krug Auto on Col. Glenn Hwy in Beavercreek Ohio. I purchased a "lemon" of a truck from them last August (paid $7300 cash and have had nothing but problems with the truck).
At one point I ended up paying them $1955 for a new transmission (after owning the truck for less than 3 months and after several other needed repairs).
Well, ever since they claimed to have fixed my transmission they REFUSE to supply me with a receipt of the work, a copy of the work order showing what they did and what parts were replaced and a copy of the 1 year warranty I was promised by their salesman. That is all I am asking for and they refuse to send it.
I have written to them on numerous occasions (including the owner), left phone messages awhile back, and have filed complaints with the BBB (which they refuse to follow up on) and other agencies to get what I am entitled too. They refuse to send it to me and keep telling me to come and and have a "face to face" meeting with the owner. I don't have the time or energy to deal with them anymore and only want the copies mailed to me. WHAT MORE CAN I DO??? I have no inclination of spending another hour or so of my time to be conned in a face to face meeting.
I have been told to take them to small claims court (which I'm looking into), I've turned to our local tv consumer agency and don't know what else I can do. If anyone has suggestions on where else I can go to get what they are obligated to provide me I would love to hear from you!!
