Just My Shopping Complaint - Refund fraud and poor customer service

NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- My review for this company is poor based on my recent experience which still isn't resolved to my satisfaction. To come to the point, this company stole half of what I paid for an order that I canceled. I canceled the order before it shipped and the company charged me 110.16 on an invoice of 229.98, claiming it was shipping fee and restock fee. The item was said to be still in facility, never shipped. No one was able to furnish the tracking number to verify. The restock fee of 34. would have been acceptable, but no more then that. My emails were not answered for a long period until I filed complaints on this company. Then they only offered me 20. back on the 110.16. Beware of ordering from this company unless you are sure of what you want, it will be alot of trouble to return or cancel.

I purchased a pub table and 2 stools, then realized they would not fit the space and called to cancel order.

I too received bad service from this company. Placed order, credit card immediately charged, did not acknowldege order until I called to complain about order not progressing past NEW SALE status on web site. Then they changed to ship 1 of three and it never progressed passed that. Was told after 9 business days that order had not processed then when I asked to cancel was told I could not because shipping had already occurred. Asked for shipping documents and tracking information was told they could not supply. Told them I disputed with credit card company then was told they would supply shipping documentation which they never did. Checked on shipping times with common carrier from proposed delivery point to my residential destination and it stated 3-5 business days based on about 20 different carriers. Sent them this information and they became angry and started yelling at me. Then agreed to cancel the order (which they previously stated had shipped). Only time will tell if I get my money back. Posted complaint with FCC, FBI and BBB.org. Also asked to talk with a VP or upper managment individual and they refused to provide me with contact information, continued to yell at me and tell me I was a horrible customer and blamed the entire bad experience on me. WOW what customer service.
