FLORIDA -- I work in a school - we have been waiting since BEFORE thanksgiving for them to come and move and fill our machine. they always say "i will expedite your order for you" here we are still waiting, they have to have 1 crew empty the machine, another to move it and still another to fill it up again. i have told them over and over it IS empty, just move it and refill it! sadly we have to wait till they send someone out from Tampa which is about 2 hours away - knowing you see all these coke trucks out and about everyday! come on coke get with it or we are calling Pepsi!

I'm not sure, but I think they sell a variety of sodas at your local grocer and gas station.

Soft drinks should not be sold in grade schools. Kids are constantly drinking soft drinks throughout the school day which can lead to tooth decay, diabetes, and overweight problems. Please, fazie, do the right thing; get rid soda machines and replace them with water bottles.

Faz hon I would call them again and tell them that if they don't respond by close of business that you will be calling Pepsi in to take care of it. This may light a fire under their behinds, considering they are so competitive with each other. Good luck.

Right on target! I have been waiting for over a month for delivery of a coke machine and new service at our Auto Service Center here in Spring City, TN. Rep will not even return our phone calls. I'm surprised he ever bothered to come out the first time. Got to be the worst service oriented company in the World.
