Platinum Visa Card Complaint - Poor Customer Services

LAS VAGES, NEVADA -- I've applied for a visa credit card sometime in December and they put a block on my card, so they asked me if I can send them my personal information so I did. On December 12, 2006 I send them the first fax. When I called they asked me to fax it again so I faxed it four more times and mailed it. It is now January 2007 and they still have not been able to read the fax or had received the letter I mailed. I've spoken to two supervisors and they were both quick to brush me off and the last one told me that she did not want to know my personal opinion about their customer service.

Forget them! Go to a bank in person and get a card.

I dont know with whom you applied, but I suspect that it's someone that you wouldn't want to do business with, in the long run. Go to a local bank as Chuck suggests.

Better yet, get one with a credit union if possible. Their rates are usually very good.
