Davis Imperial Cleaners Complaint - Poor Customer Service

In December 2001, I had all of my clothing were picked up to be cleaned by your company because of smoke damage to my apartment.

Unfortunately, service was not performed well, because there were items such as, my silk scarf, and wash clothes that were taken and accounted for but not returned to me. Also, my suede gloves were returned to me damaged with holes in both hands.

I appreciate your finally refunding me for the missing items and the damaged gloves.

I am disappointed in your customer service and the level of professionalism and commitment that your company performed in every aspect of the services that were done.

Going forward, because of your inadequate work and customer service I will not consider becoming a future customer of yours nor will I recommend your services to anyone. I am posting my letter of complaint on a web-stie by the name of my3cents.com, so that other conusmers will know about the level of service that you give.
