Dukane Technical Services Complaint - Problem with Electronics
ADDISON, ILLINOIS -- In December 2001, I had all of my electronic equipment cleaned by your company because of smoke damage to my apartment.
Unfortunately, service has not performed well because I have had problems with the items that were returned to me. I am disappointed because my input/output cords were missing, the connection cord to my VCR was missing, my scanner does not scan properly, and my CD-Rom drive does not work properly. All of the above items were working properly and present at the time when your company
Concerning, my VCR connection cord, and my input/output cords, they have been replaced and I thank you for that, however, those are items that will not/cannot cause me any future problems, extreme frustration and extra money in the near future.
I feel that the correct work was not preformed in reference to my desktop computer; therefore, I have little to no confidence that the services that will be performed again will be performed professionally and correctly. I frequently use my computer on a daily basis, because I am a student pursuing a degree in Computers.
To resolve the problem, I would appreciate the product to be replaced, to avoid the hassle of future problems, phone tags, and house visits.
