MCI-WORLDCOM Informative - MCI CORRECTION DIVISION/COLLECT CALLS

ON MONDAY..1/22/07...I FAXED TO MCI CORECTIONS DEPT. ALL INFO/BILL THEY REQUESTED TO ESTABLISH ACCOUNT TO RECEIVE COLLECT CALLS. I WAS THEN TOLD TO CALL BACK IN 48 HRS...1/24/07. I CALLED. ON THE BILL FAXED IT SHOWED THE "ACCOUNT CREATED DATE"...WELL THEY READ THAT AS THE DATE OF BILL AND REFUSED SERVICE. I REFAXED A BILL...CIRCLING MY NAME..ADDRESS..PHONE NUMBER...DATE OF BILL... AS INSTRUCTED. WAITED THE 48 HS. CALLED 1/26/07. WAS TOLD THEN I DID NOT INCLUDE ADDRESS. IT WAS ON THE BILL...AND CIRCLED...AS REQUESTED. THEY WOULD NOT LISTEN TO REASON. CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER DEPT. AS TOLD..TO ISSUE COMPLAINT. I WAS THEN TOLD TO CALL THE CORRECTIONS DEPT...THE SAME DEPT THAT HAD "MISTAKENLY" READ THE BILL WRONG...RIGHT...SEEMS THE DUMMIES MCI HIRES IN THIS DEPARTMENT CANNOT READ...AND DON'T GIVE A FLYING ----AS TO YOUR CARES AND CONCERNS. I KNOW NOW WHY MCI-WORLDCOM HAS BEEN SUED SO MANY TIMES. THEY DON'T CARE...AND BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE CONTRACT TO PROVIDE CALLS WITH THIS PLACE..THEY CAN TREAT A PERSON WITH DISRESPECT AND WITHOUT CARE. MCI NEEDS TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM...MAYBE HAVE A READING AND PERFORMANCE TEST BEFORE HIRING...AND NOT HIRE THOSE THAT FAIL.

I HAVE REFAXED....3RD TIME...INFO RERUIRED. I CANNOT CALL THEM UNTIL NEXT WEEK SOMETIME TO SEE IF THEY HAVE READ THE BILL CORRECTLY...OR NOT.

One way to stay away from these people is to 'stay out of trouble'.
