Briley Choke Company Complaint - Lost Choke
TEXAS -- In October of 2006 I decideded to add chokes to my Model 106 Charles Daley 28 gauge o/u. Charles Daley had none in stock so I called Briley and asked for three chokes to fit the gun. The first set did not fit, and I sent them back. A second set was sent and these also did not fit. Briley asked for one of the chokes I received with the gun, and was told for $64.oo each they would custom make me three chokes. I agreed and in January 2007 I received the three chokes however they arrived without my orignal choke.
I called the female sales person and was told she had sent my choke back priority mail. After three weeks I called ther manager and was told "If she said she sent them she sent them. i called back a few day later and expressed my concern only to be told. "What do you want me to do about it. I told him to replace the choke and was answered by "You will have to send me another choke as he didnot make a pattern from the old choke. I replied that would not happen.
The chokes made by Briley are quality materials but they refuse to replace prototypes,and are very rude if you comnplain.
