Je Gems Informative - Returned Product - No Refund Came $$$

My husband bought a silver/amethyst bracelet on December 18, 2006. It was to be my Christmas gift. $136.18 was charged to our checking account.

The bracelet did fit. It also had been soldered together crooked and had rough edges. It was pretty - but I couldn't wear it.

Anyway, the day after Christmas he emails the company about returning it. There website states that they will return emails with 12 hours. A few days later we get an email back saying that we can't find a better bracelet for the money and that they would accept it back (great since your posted return policy says that you will refund the purchase price within 30 days of order!)

The bracelet was returned to them before the end of December, 2006. Well within the 30 days. WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND. We haven't received any replies to our emails either. Not so much as an "up yours - we have the bracelet and your $136.18"

Call your credit card company immediately and have them reverse the charge hon. Good luck and keep us posted.
