Hoover Windtunnel 2 - Complaint
UNION, MISSOURI -- I purchase this piece of crap back in August of 2006 it was trouble from the first time I plugged it in. First the little plastic clip that holds the hose out of the way broke off(poor design). I contacted them and they sent me another one, same thing so I just left it off. Next the attachements keep falling(worse design)I quit counting the number of times this happened. And last but not least the discharge slot for the supposed self-cleaning hepa-filter keeps getting clogged along the the splines of the hepa-filter(design from hell). I have to take it outside and manually remove the dirt and debris from in between the splines with a shop vac. I contacted their customer service and was given lip service that amount to a polite tough s&#t! This is the third Hoover I have owned and it will be the last!!!

Absoulutely!!! This machine is the worst vacuum I have ever owned. I have a Windtunnel 1 and its great. I use it at my business. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HOOVER AGAIN!!!

I have had the same problems with my Hoover and in addition, it is now blowing CLOUDS of dirt into my house. The motor is probably failing too since it sounds as loud as a jet engine in use. The exterior of the vacuum is always filthy. It only about 3 yrs old and has had what I would consider light to average use. It is a total lemon.
