Beef O' Brady's Complaint - The Worst Customer Service EVER!!!!

NORTH PORT, FLORIDA -- The residents of North Port do not have a whole lot of accessible dining restaurants to choose from and it is sad that one of the most well-known restaurants has become such a disappointment...The public should be aware of this kind of "customer service rebellion" taking place by this local franchise owner. My first experience to this restaurant about 6 months ago- I had ordered a Grilled Chicken Salad which was described on the menu as having a fresh romaine lettuce mix, when the salad was delivered there was no romaine lettuce and instead it was (not fresh) iceberg lettuce. I had not eaten anything all day, and this is what I had to look forward to? I did not complain, and was willing to give them another chance on my next visit. On today's visit the server stated they would not accomodate my request for a mix of the mild and garlic sauce for our wings because they have encountered a problem which she would not describe (even though other Beef's will do this- a server from Beef's actually introduced the idea to me at another location). The second major "no -no" was that our main meals arrived to the table before our appetizer did, with no apologies. AND THE THIRD "LAST STRAW" WAS THAT Southwestern Egg Rolls were terribly bland, and they refused to take it off the bill because they believe that customers who try to do this are only trying to "sample the food and then send it back!"! I had tried one eggroll only and had never sent anything back before. When I asked to see a manager, she said she was the manager, and that was the owner's policy. The lack of customer service is appalling! Don't waste your time or money at this location! They like to cut corners and please themselves only...Customer Service? They've never heard of it!

If I get an entree served to me that isn't up to snuff, I certainly don't pay for it. Pay the difference and tell them to bill you later. That's ridiculous.

Leahbap it is sad but true "Customer Service" is a hard thing to find in today's world. It seems no body thinks its something they need to worry about in the end they will tell you it is the customers responsilbility, go figure.

I am one of the owner/operators of the North Port Beef O'Brady's and, to my knowledge, I have not met you.

However, I have been made aware of the incident that took place on my night off. I have tried to contact you by e-mail but you seem to have blocked my messages. Perhaps you would be so kind as to give me a call at the store to make arrangements to come and see me.

i very much doubt that this is exactly how i happened. beef o'bradys' are operated by the owners. i couldn't even see a corporate prick acting this way, much less an manager in a restaurant where they are also the owners. there are a lot of beefs in my area, so i know a lot about them. it sounds like you just had a miscommunication and exaggerated it.

HA Beef's opened in California opened and the customer service is the WORST of any restaurant in our area. We had a bad experience there and contacted corporate. The local franchisee called and assured us things would be better since there was a change in personnel. We went in last weekend sat at the bar which was not busy ordered drinks and steak nachos. Drinks were prompt. After waiting 35 minutes for the nachos I asked for the manager which took another 25 minutes. when I asked her what was going on she made various excuses and stated that she was the owners daughter-in-law and didn't care what we had to say. She further went on to state the service was what it was and if we didn't like it we could go somewhere else, Better advice has never been given.
