Axiom Protective Services Complaint - Employment - Security

Review by Star123 on 2007-01-29
MARYLAND, MARYLAND -- This company is very inconsiderate to it's employees. they told me that because I had a personal problem and could not come to work that they would not pay me. So I quit the job then Axiom charged me for uniforms. They charged me one day after I left. They put it on my pay check when I was told that it would be on the last pay check.

The president of this company told me that he did this because I quit.

These days, the Police and Security companies are careful to make sure that disgruntled former employees return all uniforms and equipment issued in the course of employment. If you quit your job as a police officer or a security officer, it is your responsibility to make sure that you return all uniforms and equipment issued to you, and in many instances you are required to return those items on or before your last day of employment.

With identitity theft, the impersonation of officers, and other risks of misuse of such uniforms and equipment, the risks to your former employer are enomous, and your employer has a right to withhold your pay until you return all equipment and uniforms issued to you.

Let's keep it real.
