trimlife Complaint - REFUND
NORTH DAKOTA -- Recently, I requested a refund from your company because I had not received your product by mail as promised. It wasnt until I checked with my bank & asked about the $3x.xx deduction from my account on not one occassion but two that fund were being deducted from my account. I spoke to a gentle first regarding this matter (never responded to my request) & I second I spoke to a female who was very rude & hung up on me after my complaint was voiced. I am not used to being treated in such a manner when requesting a refund for products never received. When asked about the refund the female said that because I waited 2 months to request a refund for their never received product that I would not be receiving a refund from your company. I am not an avid internet user because I have children & wasnt aware that this situation had occured.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
Please refund my money
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
