Internaational Travel agent - Complaint
NEWYORK, NEW YORK -- I purchased international tickets from Newyork to Hyderabad last Dec. Firstly, I was not communicated by MakeMytrip that I need a transit visa to travel through London (My visa stamping expired already, and I was going to India for my visa stamping). I was told this by the airlines at the time of checkin, called up and requested them to cancel my tickets. They said they did cancel the tickets, I was not told that I need to return the original paper tickets for the refund processing. They neither sent me any mail notification confirming the cancellation. Later when I found out that the tickets were required to process refund.. It has been a painful experience with MakeMyTrip so far.. It has been close to 7 weeks since I cancelled my tickets, till now they did not refund my money.
