Sharper Image Complaint - General product quality

I have purchased two products from Sharper Image in the past two years and both either never worked as intended or stopped functioning within a few weeks.
I strongly recommend anyone contemplating a purchase from this company to re-think it.
They are selling absolutely shoddy crap at extremely high prices.
