Cingular/AT&T Complaint - Cheated on my bills when A T & T switched to Cingular.
Be very careful when you read your Cingular bill because they are switching to AT&T again and that's when the problems started for me. I still can't get a confirmation that I have paid off a bill, that I did not owe in the first place. Customer service told me 5 times that it would be fixed. I didn't hear anything for 6 months so I thought it was taken care of. Then I get a letter from a collection agency and decided to pay the bill for around $85.00, because I was so tired of arguing. Now, I paid it in late November and have asked for a confirmation 3 times and still didn't receive it. Today, I have asked again for the 4th time. I asked for an email, but customer service told me they did not have access to email.
