Securepatent.com (Incfast) Complaint - Patent assistance - A company claiming to be

Review by PatentPending on 2007-02-02
SAN DIEGO AND LONDON UK, CALIFORNIA -- Hello inventors! This review is an attempt to prevent you from being ripped of by www.securepatent.com(Incfast) as we and others have been. DO NOT use pay this company for any assistance with your patent process. We hired them prior to the summer of 2006. Their office in the US was based in San Diego up until the summer of 06, when they closed down and transferred their clients to the London office. We paid them thousands of dollars for their services, and since they closed in San Diego, they have not returned any of our calls and others we know of as well. We are stuck in the middle of our patent process with the US Patent and Trademark office, and are having to hire another company/attorney for their assistance. We informed the USPTO of our problems with this company, and their rep we spoke to has never heard of them. We will be notifying Wal Mart, Sears, Frontgate, Sharper Image, K Mart, QVC, Brookstone, Barnes & Noble, Home Depot, Damark, and Best Buy of their closing in the US, as they are using the logos of these companies on their website to promote themselves. Their # is 800-710-1932. If you call you get a recording. If you leave a message that you want to hire them, they WILL take your money, even though they have no office in the US.

I would have a friend or someone else call them and tell them you have a product you need help getting patent. When they call you back, then ask them what they are doing about your patent.

For real? A patent is needed for that?

I would like to see a real picture of your clock, not a hand drawn model that you posted on your website. I dont think anyone would buy your clock based on a hand drawn model.

Must admit... the clock made me laugh... good gag gift maybe.

Remember the singing bass (fish) that everybody bought? Silly but it sold like hotcakes!!!
The PooPooClock is similar, but it has potential residual income!!! When you bought the singing fish and gave it to your drunk redneck uncle(nothing against drunk rednecks in the singlewide mobile home in SC(my dad lives in a trailer, we don't talk anymore since he got me arrested for criminal domestic violence for beating his butt for calling my momma a ho back in 99), anyway, when you buy the PooPoo Clock, you get the generic pooper, but you can upgrade and buy new poopers forever, like Poop Diddy, Poop goes the Weasel, Gladyice Night and the Poops, Winnies gotta Pooh, Poopy Longstalking, Osama Been Poopin!, Saddam Poopein, Betty Poop goes to Hollywood, etc....
