Time Warner Cable Complaint - Poor Service
MCKINNEY, TEXAS -- Since Time Warner took over Comcast Internet service, users have had all sorts of headaches. I have been contacting the company for more than 3 months. I even contacted the newspaper, which wrote a story about the Time Warner transition. Some of my e-mail has taken up to ONE WEEK to get into my Inbox. Almost all of my e-mail is delayed by a few hours or a few days. This is unacceptable for "high speed." When I call the company, the wait times are long. I've had a frustrated agent--who didn't know what she was doing--just hang up. I had an agent who told me there is no problem, but when I call later that evening, I was told that Time Warner had been aware of the e-mail troubles for several days. Almost every former Comcast subscriber that I know has complained about Time Warner and the poor customer service and inadequate service.
