Complaint - Terrible Customer Service

ST. CHARLES, ILLINOIS -- I bought three Bears items from this on 11/25 as a xmas present for my brother-in-law. I was sent an email on 11/28 stating that it was shipped. I never received it for xmas so I started calling in January. I finally got a person around middle of January and he said that he would send out another shipment right away. I figured that it would take a couple of weeks so I waited. I never received either package so I started phoning and emailing and NEVER got a response. From phoning, it was an answering service that passed the message along. I started phoning every hour on the hour and emailing every hour hoping that persistence would pay off. I have still not heard anything from this company. As I am in Canada, I think that I have now lost my money but I am going to keep trying. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
