Total Protection / Country Home Services Inc Complaint - Paid services ,incomplete services

I had sent a copy of a hardcopy letter that I had written to USSA Insurance Co.,Patrick's A/C Co. I am inquiringas to who is responsible for my A/C and I paid 10/06 to Total Protection for the parts and the copayments paid to Patrick's A/C @50.00 per visit plus charges for labor and ferone. Due to a fire next door to me on8/12/06. I have a plan paid in my mortage monthly and have paid for years. When a part was replaced@ $600.00 by Patrick's after the part was sent to Patrick's by Total Protection the amounts for units/applicances is $1000.00 of which I wasn't really aware I was told by Blaine(Total Protection)that I only had 165.00 left and I would have to pay for the part and over $700.00 to Patrick's to complete the work which would include moving the old parts too. The area where the A/C is due to the fire the siding melted in that area and had to be replaced the other items included pool cover,brand new shed doors since it was brand new and was not even completed,fence peices,some roof spots,incomplete greenhouse project melted when the check was made we never knew about any A/C problems called Total and Patrick sent a serviceman out that had a very bad attitude and pulled out my filter and threw it on the floor and said that wasthe problem the filter company sends notices plus I change them on a regular basis because I need A/C for medical problems and being disabled is important .I had already paid over 300.00 for the 50.00 copay and other charges for the A/C I called Patrick's to find out some cost and the rude lady answered and said she would call back but has never called back since I called in 10/06.When the prior A/C was hit by lightening Sears had a sub-contractor and he removed the unit and they said they had no way to find him so USSA didn't pay anything on or for the unit because they wanted to pick it up and I didn't want to be in the same sistuation again since I am on a fixed income from being disabled.After calling Total Protection and they gave me the numbers(claim) for the work when the lady from Patrick's literally called me a liar and she should have been notified first not me and hung up.I was told that the fire had caused the trouble I should try the insurance company and it was malfunctioning from the fire.Total was paid from my debit card but no contact so who do I go to now?The heat now isn't functioning properly .I can't afford to just give away monies without nothing in return.The staff @ Patrick's needs some sensitivity training to handle folks in crisis.Now I am waiting to see who will assumme responsibility to get it right.
