Card support Complaint - Visa/Mastercard debit card

LAS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA -- This company has been giving me the run around for months i paid $159.00 dollars in oct 2006 and was told i would recieve my card in 4 to 6 weeks it did not happen so i went to there online chat help site and was told they never took money from my accountas it had nsf not true so i faxed them a copy of my bank statement with proof that it was inded taken out of my account in oct oct 6 2006 to be exact i did this and recieved confirmatiom they had recieved it and
was told it would be redone and remailed again never recieved anything so i contacted the company agian by phone some problem had occured they would again reprocess and resend it. and i was to check the status online in about a week at that time i was told that i once again needed to fax them proof the money was removed from my account. by this time i was and still am frustrated and upset i demanded my money back but no this cant happen as it is pass the cancellation period (3days) help??!!!!!!

You need to keep calling and keep hounding them for your refund. You didn't say if the 3 day cancellation period starts from the time you get the card (which you never did) or when? If it takes 4 to 6 weeks before you can expect the card to arrive, how can they give only 3 days to cancel? You didn't get what you paid for so you are absolutely entitled to a full refund. Ask to speak to a supervisor. When you talk to them stay calm and friendly. Explain the situation and tell them this is unacceptable and you want an immediate refund.

How did you pay them? If you gave them a check or charged their fee to another credit card, I would simply contact them and dispute the charges. Most of the time they will recover your funds if you provide detailed documents of what transpired.
