Liberty Mazda Compliment - Sales and Service

HARTFORD, CONNECTICUT -- I know the people over at Liberty, and their number one goal is pleasing customers with outstanding customer service. If you aren't happy, niether are they! They really will go out of their way to make sure all of your needs are met. I really enjoyed my experience with them, all of the sales and service staff are friendly and funny! They took the bore out of buying a car! They services my vehicle and made sure that when i came to get it,it was clean and sparkling. I recommend purchasing a vehicle with Liberty! They try their best to get you the payment you want as well, I had a pretty low budget and not that much credit, but they helped me out and i have a $250 payment. If your buying experience is long and difficult its most likely because YOU'RE difficult! Be open to options and they'll try their hardest to fit something into your budget. And you never forget a service, they always remind me with letters and phone calls and theyre great with following up. So i agree with HARV! Educated car buyers are usually HAPPY car buyers!!!

That is wonderful that you had a great experience, but remember there is more to a car payment than the number. You can have the payment you want and get screwed on the interest rate or length of loan.

Good to hear they gave you great service and a low monthly payment. But do be aware that after two years the remaining loan balance will be greater than the value of the car.
