Salon VU Miche Complaint - Bad Customer Treatment
BEAVERTON, OREGON -- I went in for a Highlights touch up this Salon which is fairly simple task. Anyway the color job went bad by the hair stylist who worked on my hair. She told me to come back and she will fix it and I said okay because I had a big party coming up and needed the fix.
After coming home I realized the job done was clumsy, there was color all over my skin and it was not what a professional would do.
I called in next day to talk to the Manager, but the hair stylist called back. I questioned her about her clumsy work and asked for refund as I lost trust to get any work done from them. The product quality used was also bad as my hair turned very dry and unmanageable.
The hair stylist was rude in her responses, was critical of my original highlisghts and full of ego of how beautiful her work was and the experice she has. She acknowledged not understanding what I wanted but blamed me 50% for her failure to understand what I wanted. She made critical remarks about my personality , asking for a refund was a scam to her. When questioned about product quality, she said I am one using cheap products. She made lot of bad remarks which I think is ill treatment of the customer. And what this Business and it's employees don't understand the basic rule of service is that "CONSUMER DECIDED" If the consumer thinks that job is not done right, it i snot done right. You may be the living expert in the job, but if it doesn't satisfy the consumer, it's not good enough.
Anyway I refused to go back for the treatment or fix, because the hairstylist was offering the fix in these words," I am ready to fix it for you for free and make your orange as I saw it" Which sounds threatening to me.
The hair stylist also misinformed by using bleach where color was originally agreed.
Very Bad experience with this hair stylist.
