bezel pendant - Complaint
GLENDALE, CALIFORNIA -- I returned a pendant on nov 28. it was signed for nov 30. i did everything usn wanted me to do. call get a auth# for return, send package priorty mail. to this day i cannot get a refund from them. cannot get a cust svc person on the line. has anyone called the bbb in glendale,ca? let me know if anyone has. we do need a class action aganist this company. would like to hear any suggestions how to get our $$$ back!!!!

Get in line... There are a ton of complaints against them already. Now that you are here, read the other entries about USN. You ARENT going to get a refund from USN. More than 300 people have reported them to the BBB...including myself. And, yes, it was the Glendale office.
The best thing you can do it contact your bank or credit card issuer. If you used your visa debit card, or visa card, you can get the money credited back to you. But, there are timeframes...so act quickly. The bank may allow you to use the "date of discovery", the date you returned the item, instead of the purchase date. Good luck!!!

I contacted the BBB months ago I got a reply from them saying could not get response from USN they closed my case

I also contacted the BBB in Glendale, Calif. my local BBB, the FTC and the attorney general. I am still waiting for a response from all of them, if your saying they got no response at the BBB from USN then I guess I will be told the same thing. The FTC said they have a file for USN and will add my complaint to it. I hope everyone does the same.
