ea.com Complaint - Stop Billing My Account

DOTHAN, ALABAMA -- I want this company to stop taking money out of my bank account. I did not approve this nor did I give them my credit card information. I am planning on checking with my bank to see how long these charges have been coming out of my account. I did sign up for a one time charge with Pogo Games of 19.99 and I am assuming they got my information from that account and begin billing me since then. I will know soon. Please tell me who to file with on this charge. This will be stopped, if they are doing this to me then they are doing it to more than thousands of other innocent people. Please Help Me.

You need to call your bank, if the card was through them or the credit card company and ask for the dispute department. You probably should cancel that card so no more money gets taken out. Usually, then you get the money back, and the dispute department handles it. Now this how my bank does it, I am not speaking for everyone else. Also there is a time limit. But call whomever your card is through.

Please remove your personal information to PREVENT identity theft! This is one example why identity theft is on the rise...people advertise their personal data to everybody!

I know that EA.com is affiliated with Pogo.com,and when you sign up for Pogo it's a reoccuring charge every month, maybe it's the same for EA.com.
