Diamond Ring - Complaint
JACKSON, MISSISSIPPI -- I ordered a Diamond Ring cost appx. 1,900.00 that came with a 100% guaranteed refund if not satisfied. The ring was delivered, examined, and returned within 4 days of delivery. USN told us it would take two billing cycles to show a return on our credit card. We waited two cycles and no refund. we called and customer service said it would be refunded within 8 days. ten days later another call plus emails to no avail. Now 8 months later no refund and no reply from the company. Advise don't purchase from USN

The reason they tell you it takes two billing cycles is to get you past the 60 days the credit card company will allow for a dispute. They know there is little you can do at that point.

i would still contact my credit card company, the local BBB and the State Attorney. Also, file a lawsuit in small claims court. Most cities, like Baltimore, will mail you a 'small claims court' package (it only cost me $5 to sue my landlord and he had to pay me close to $2,000)!!

And they continued selling on the Internet and the TV for months after they cheated you out of money and me and many others, selling and taking money even when they could not refund to those they owed many months before

I am guessing this was a diamond ring, right? Tell me, what did it look like when it arrived, clowdy or what? What steps have you taken so far to recover your money. I had ordered 2 rings the same day but I didn't receive mine at all, my Visa was charged over 2,700.00. Finally after two months and many calls to USN, my credit card company is getting me a refund.
