Shoe Works Complaint - Worst Online Experience

VERMONT -- The Shoe Works or Run Soft of Vermont that supplies NEO'S overshoes failed to ever provide my product. They billed my credit card and supposedly shipped my product. They did not provide which company would be sending the product or a tracking number. Weeks after my credit dcard has been billed I still have not received the product. Nick and the Shoe Works failed to respond to my emails asking for a tracking number. I am in the process of trying to get my cc to refund the charge and filing complaints with FedEx and the Vermont BBB. BE ADVISED. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THE SHOE WORKS - RUN SOFT IN VERMONT.

Yeah, this is not good. First complaint we've seen here about this company. Keep us up to date on how this pans out.
