King Auto Mall in Fort Lauderdale Complaint - Really got taken advantage of

Review by bentover with no soap on 2007-02-12
FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA -- I went into the Saturn dealership to trade my 2005 saturn for a 2006. Third car I bought there mind you. Immediately I was told there were no 2006 available. First lie. They filled my head with trade-ins and rebates, needless to say,and I'll be the first to admit it, I didn't read the contract as carefully as I should have. Instead I was lead by the sales mgrs' pen. Sign here, here and here. I was like wow cool big a*s car.
Next thing I new I drove off in a huge car and was 13,000 dollars upside down by the time I hit U.S. 1. Yes, I deserve what I got for being impatient and trusting. I'm sure no one else would make the same mistake I did. But the entire experience has completely turned me off to the Saturn dealership I once trusted. If you're easily mislead and a financial moron like me DO NOT TRUST THE PEOPLE AT SATURN and GMC at KING AUTO Mall.
A once down to earth place with decent salesmen has turned into "Slick Rick's Honest Dealership." Saturn what happened to your motto of family values.

Yeah, nice name, Soap. Sorry about your experience as well. I'd rather have my teeth pulled than go car shopping but we have to do it sometimes. I bought a car on emotion a few years back without doing my homework so I know how you feel.

I did not realise that multi-national corporations ever had family values? At least you admit it was mostly your fault!

Too bad this kind of thing isn't limited to just the one dealership...they are all like that in my opinion.
