Applied Learning Media Complaint - Did not refund - Thin Tab diet pills

Review by memebeth on 2007-02-15
I sent for a free sample and after this they charge my credit card for 149.00. I return the unused pills, that I did not order, I called and was told that just because I retuned my order I still wasn't getting a refund.

Well maybe they had fine print saying that you have to buy something to get the free sample. Nothing is really free.

Why did you give a credit card for a free sample?

Great points from both partys. But, I had this happen to me once, I had a time limit to return and I did return the product in the time limit. When I called the company they refused to refund. I filed a written complaint with my credit card and got all my money back. So if you really feel had then try that. Also the credit card was probally needed for shipping am I correct?

I am sooo sorry that this happened to you! And to make things worse, that others on here get OFF by trying to make people feel ignorant when things like this happen to us UN-PERFECT people, unlike THEM! Same thing, same company, happened to me. It is NOT too late to file a claim through your credit card company and you WILL be refunded your money back! I have already gotten mine charged back onto my account as a credit so don't give up! You deserve your money, and you should definitely help to put an end to these dang ripoff crooks to make them stop once and for all! Good Luck and God Bless! Cindy
